It is important to recognize situations that warrant assertive action and move forward without hesitation. The main skill with enforcement is to remain calm during the course of enforcement activities to lessen the chance of hostility.
Innovative Thinking - As in all work situations it is important to develop fresh and new ideas that provide solutions to all types of workplace challenges. It is an important skill to see old problems in new ways and develop novel approaches to solving those problems. This can be achieved, for instance, through new or revised policies within the organisation.
Communication - It is a vital skill in all walks of life to be able to communicate effectively. It is important that necessary consistent communication takes place between the client, management and employees with respect to safety issues and aspects in an organisation.
